Alleyoop is a beauty and personal-care brand that specializes in multi-functional products, committed to simplifying, streamlining and innovating self-care. Alleyoop hired JessKimia to oversee the creation of their initial communications strategy and brand relaunch marketing plan. Working directly with the CEO and COO, Jess was tasked with creating consistent, cohesive and complementary messaging across product, packaging, website, original content, ads, influencer content and PR. Additionally, she played a key role in vetting, interviewing and onboarding new hires, including determining roles, responsibilities and workflow. Beyond the initial scope of work, Jess stayed on to work cross-functionally with the internal team and external partners, to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategy.
