Initially a JessKimia consulting client in early 2015, Flo brought Jessica in-house to join the team as Head of Marketing through September 2017. In her role, Jessica oversaw all marketing strategy and communications for the water tech startup and its launch product. She partnered closely with the founders/CEO to create the brand’s purpose, vision and strategy. She created the strategy and oversaw execution of all consumer and partner messaging, including website, in-app, email notifications and reports, video tutorials, marketing email campaigns and digital advertising. In addition to internally managing cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice for all consumer touchpoints, Jessica hired and managed external partners and agencies, overseeing website, SEO, PPC, social marketing and content strategy, to test messaging/targeting and create pre-launch awareness.
